BLANCA PADEL Affiliate & Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date:

 October 21, 2026

Last Updated: October 21, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the Affiliate and Ambassador Programs (collectively, the "Program") operated by Blanca Padel LLC ("Blanca," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company.

By registering for or participating in the Program, you ("Participant," "Affiliate," or "Ambassador") agree to these Terms.

1. Program Overview

The Blanca Affiliate & Ambassador Program rewards individuals who introduce customers to Blanca and help promote our products.

The Program consists of two tiers:

Tier 1 — Affiliate Program

Approved Affiliates receive a personalized referral link and/or discount code.

Affiliates earn $10 USD in Blanca store credit for each qualifying racquet sold through their assigned referral link or code.

Tier 2 — Ambassador Program

After generating five (5) qualifying racquet referrals, Affiliates automatically become eligible for consideration for the Ambassador Program.

Automatic eligibility does not constitute automatic approval or activation of Ambassador commission rates. Blanca retains sole discretion to review and approve each promotion.

Following Blanca's approval, Ambassadors earn:- 30% commission on qualifying individual racquet sales.- 20% commission on qualifying racquet bundle sales.

Commissions are calculated on eligible net product revenue after discounts and refunds, excluding shipping, taxes, duties, and other ineligible charges.

Ambassador commissions apply prospectively from the date of approval and are not retroactive.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

Participants must: Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Maintain an active account on Blanca's designated affiliate tracking platform.

• Comply with applicable laws, advertising regulations, and these Terms.

• Conduct themselves professionally and consistently with Blanca's brand values.

Blanca reserves the right to approve or decline applications, subject to applicable law.

Participation does not establish an employment, agency, franchise, partnership, or joint venture relationship with Blanca.

Participants act as independent promoters and are responsible for their own expenses and applicable taxes.

3. Referral Tracking and Attribution

Participantsreceive a personalized referral link and/or promotional code.

Referral Cookie Window

Blanca uses a 30-day referral cookie window through its designated affiliate tracking platform.

When a prospective customer clicks a Participant's referral link, qualifying purchases completed within 30 days may be attributed to that Participant, subject to browser settings, cookie availability, competing referrals, and the platform's attribution rules.

Referral codes may provide an additional attribution method where supported.

A qualifying sale must:

1. Be successfully completed and paid.

2. Be attributed to the Participant through an approved referral link, code, or tracking method.

3. Involve an eligible Blanca product.

4. Remain valid following the applicable return and verification period.

5. Not be canceled, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise disqualified.

Wholesale orders, custom manufacturing orders, corporate purchases, and other B2B transactions are excluded unless expressly authorized by Blanca in writing.

Self-referrals, artificial transactions, duplicate accounts, and purchases intended to manipulate rewards are prohibited.

Blanca's designated tracking platform serves as the primary record for referral attribution. Blanca may review documented attribution disputes and correct verified tracking errors in good faith.

4. Affiliate Rewards — Store Credit

Affiliates earn$10 USD in Blanca store credit for each qualifying racquet sold through their approved referral link or code.

Store credit:

• May be redeemed toward eligible purchases at blancapadel.com.

• Does not expire.

• Has no minimum balance requirement for issuance.

• Is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

• Is nontransferable and may not be resold.

• Cannot be used to purchase gift cards or other excluded products.

• May be reversed if the associated transaction is canceled, refunded, charged back, or determined to be ineligible.

Store credit will be issued following verification of the qualifying sale and completion of the applicable 30-day return period.

Every verified $10 reward will be honored and issued, regardless of the Affiliate's accumulated balance.

Verified, earned store credit remains valid if the Affiliate is promoted to Ambassador status or voluntarily leaves the Program, except in cases of fraud, invalid transactions, or other legally permissible adjustments.

Blanca may modify the reward amount for future referrals with reasonable advance notice. Changes will not retroactively reduce verified rewards already earned.

5. Ambassador Eligibility and Promotion

After five (5) qualifying racquet referrals, Affiliates will automatically become eligible for promotion to the Blanca Ambassador Program.

The designated affiliate platform may automatically update the Participant's eligibility status when the required referral threshold is reached.

For purposes of this threshold, each qualifying racquet unit counts as one referral, including eligible racquets sold within bundles.

Automatic eligibility does not constitute automatic approval or activation of Ambassador commission rates. Blanca retains sole discretion to review and approve each promotion.

Blanca may consider:

• Validity and authenticity of referred sales.

• Compliance with Program requirements.

• Professionalism and brand alignment.

• Quality of promotional activity and customer engagement.

Blanca will notify approved Participants of their Ambassador status and effective date.

The Ambassador commission structure of up to 30% becomes effective only upon Blanca's approval and confirmation of the Participant's upgraded status.

All Ambassador commissions apply prospectively from the approval date and are not retroactive.

Previously earned Affiliate store credit remains valid.

Blanca may invite selected individuals, coaches, creators, or established wholesale partners directly into the Ambassador Program at its discretion.

6. Ambassador Commission Structure

Approved Ambassadors earn commissions according to the following schedule:Product Category — Commission

Individual racquets — 30%

Qualifying racquet bundles — 20%

Other products — Not eligible unless separately authorized

Individual Racquet Sales

Ambassadors earn 30% of eligible net product revenue on qualifying individual racquet sales.

Racquet Bundle Sales

Ambassadors earn 20% of the entire eligible discounted bundle purchase price, including accompanying products such as apparel, balls, or accessories included within that bundle.

The 20% commission is calculated after applicable discounts and refunds, excluding shipping, taxes, duties, and other ineligible charges.

Example — Individual Racquet

No commissions are payable on an Ambassador's own purchases or unauthorized wholesale transactions.

7. Returns, Verification, and Commission Payouts 30-Day Return Window

Blanca maintains a 30-day return window for eligible products, subject to its published return policy.

All Affiliate rewards and Ambassador commissions are subject to verification through the end of the applicable return period, which is generally 30 days after delivery for return-eligible products, together with confirmation of payment and referral eligibility.

This verification process allows Blanca to confirm payments, referral attribution, cancellations, refunds, and compliance with Program requirements.

Transactions that are canceled, refunded, charged back, or determined to be ineligible will not generate payable rewards or commissions.

If a refund or chargeback occurs after a reward or commission has been issued, Blanca may make an appropriate adjustment or offset against future earnings, subject to applicable law.

14. Suspension and Termination

Blanca may suspend or terminate participation for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, unlawful conduct, or activities materially inconsistent with Program requirements.

• Verified, earned store credit remains available, subject to the provisions of Section 4.

• Participants must discontinue unauthorized use of Blanca intellectual property.

There is no minimum commission balance required for a final payout. Valid outstanding commissions will be paid during the next applicable payout cycle following verification.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that reasonably survive participation, including intellectual property, confidentiality, and outstanding payment obligations.
